We aim to provide high-quality CPAP products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains when and how returns, repairs, replacements, or refunds may be requested.
This Returns Policy forms part of Cpap2Breathe’s Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).

2. Returns for Unwanted Products
You may return a product if you change your mind, provided that:

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery or collection

The product is unused, undamaged, and hygienic

All original packaging, seals, labels, manuals, and accessories are included

The product is in a resalable condition
Important: For hygiene and medical safety reasons, certain CPAP-related items (including masks, tubing, and accessories) may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless defective.
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, you may choose between:

A refund to your original payment method, or

Store credit
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an item that:

Is different from what you ordered, or

Is missing parts or accessories
Please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange collection at no cost and either:

Replace the item, or

Issue a refund or store credit
4. Products Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item.
We may request photos or additional information to assist with assessment. After inspection, we will:

Issue a refund or credit if repair/replacement is not feasible
5. Defective Products
We take care to supply reliable medical equipment. If a product develops a defect:

Defective products should be reported as soon as reasonably possible. Once assessed, we will offer:

6. Warranty Support
Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Where applicable, we will assist in coordinating warranty claims with suppliers.
Please ensure that:

Repairs and replacements may take longer depending on supplier availability.
7. Return Conditions & Charges

Products returned without all included accessories may result in a partial refund

Returns that do not meet this policy may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense
